• Application data you give us: first name, age, Telegram username or phone number, and email address.
• Information shared later during onboarding: your TikTok username and details needed to set up your account and payouts, which you share directly with your manager.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, collected through server logs and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.

3. How we use your information

• To review your application and contact you about it.
• To onboard, train and support you as a creator, and to process payouts.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Age requirement

Our US program is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an applicant is under 18, we delete their information.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, messaging and payment providers), with TikTok where needed to set up your LIVE access, and when required by law.

6. Retention

We keep application data for as long as needed to review your application and, if you join, for the duration of our work together and as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on your state (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. You can limit tracking through your browser or device settings and through your ad preferences on Meta platforms.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
