You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements in your state to apply or work with LiveLAB in the United States. We do not accept applicants under 18, including with parental consent.

2. About LiveLAB

LiveLAB is an independent creator agency that helps creators start and grow on TikTok LIVE through training, management and support. LiveLAB is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner.

3. Applications

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee acceptance. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. Information you submit must be accurate and your own.

4. Earnings

Earnings shown on this site are examples of individual results, not averages or guarantees. Your results depend on many factors, including how consistently you stream, your content and your audience. Income comes from gifts sent by viewers on TikTok LIVE and is subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. LiveLAB does not take a commission from your earnings. Payout details are set out in your separate creator agreement with LiveLAB.

5. No fees

LiveLAB never charges creators a fee to join. If anyone asks you to pay to join LiveLAB, contact us.

6. Your conduct

You agree to follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and all applicable laws when streaming.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, design, graphics) belongs to LiveLAB and may not be copied without permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveLAB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
